Kurtuluş Florist
Kurtuluş has a different texture from most Istanbul neighborhoods: narrow, steep streets, adjoining old apartment buildings and small ground-floor businesses. Almost every order here goes to a home.
Delivery on Kurtuluş Streets
Most streets are one-way and parking is almost nonexistent. The courier leaves the vehicle near Ergenekon Avenue and walks uphill. This does not prevent delivery, but it is why we ask when the recipient will be home for heavy products.
Many buildings have doorbell panels, so the apartment number is essential. If it is missing, the courier calls the recipient, extending the process.
What People Send in Kurtuluş
Birthdays, thank-you gifts and housewarming celebrations are the most common occasions. Products that suit homes and last a long time are popular: vase flowers, terrariums and potted plants. We explain what to buy for someone moving to a new home in this article.
We also reach neighboring Pangaltı, Şişli and Bomonti addresses during the day.
Delivery Times in the Neighborhood
The streets are more open to vehicles during the day, while parking becomes even scarcer in the evening. Even so, evening windows when the recipient is home are preferred because the product is not left at the door. Double-stem purple orchid and similar designs fit on narrow windowsills and live for weeks.
